Step 2:Blow up your balloons to different sizes and tie them off. Step 3:Insert the knot of an 10-inch balloon through the first hole in the balloon strip.Skip one hole.Experiment with different colors.Insert the knot of a 10-inch balloon through hole three, but insert it from the opposite direction.
