I like the extra height, brushed nickel, attractive shower head, the thorough packaging with extra pieces; and the functionality and quality of the parts; with the exception of the handle which is plastic and has fairly limited spray options. For that reason, I gave it 4 stars and not 5. Overall it works well and provides the full immersive experience. I found the instructions were very poor and made installation an unpleasant experience. I follow instructions like cooking recipes but you couldn't do that with these.The diverter came locked with the hose connection facing the wall. If there was a way to loosen it like in the video they didn't clearly explain that. Twisting it around was not easy.The shower arm does not thread completely onto the diverter yet there was no explanation as to why. So I kept trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong.Also, screwing in the shower arm was like using a tire jack handle to raise a car. I had to rotate the thing completely around. At one point the diverter connection and the shower connection spun simultaneously.All the black rubber washers were installed already yet they indicated they needed to be. They didn't say they were extra.In the top of the shower head was a little round loose water restriction insert maybe? They didn't say. I removed it because if it was, I didn't want to decrease the water pressure. But I still don't know what it is.(Also, who uses the white gloves that come in the package? Really not necessary.)I didn't take off for the poor instructions because I figured it all out, but it could/should have been much simpler.It came with a lot of extras. Cotton gloves, 3 rolls of plumbers tape. Enough O rings to rebuild it 3 times. The enclosed wrench only fits one nut. We used a crescent wrench for all the other connections. So far we are impressed. The main shower head makes it feel like its raining on you. It tickles your head. So much more enjoyable than a harsh shower head blasting your body. You can use both shower heads at the same time. We mounted the hand held lower in the shower so you can be hit with water from above and below. Only negative would be the drying time. The hand held part has to be glued on your shower wall with supplied adhesives. It says keep dry for 2 or 3 days.I had previously given this shower head a 1 star rating. I thought they knew the hose was defective and were selling it anyway. So to confirm this theory I ordered another one. It came today and the hose connected without a problem. So I guess I just got a bad hose. I love the shower head and the handheld. I have left my prior review so if you get a faulty hose you won't think too poorly of YDmeet. I would like to apologize to them for my curtness.Old review:The shower head arrived today. The rainfall went together quite easily. The trouble started when I attempted to connect the handheld hose to the diverter. If I put the rubber washer, part #5, inside the hose fitting, (as the instructions show), I found that the hose fitting was too shallow to allow the hose to be connected. If I removed the washer water would spray everywhere. When I contacted YDmeet to see what their solution would be they ended with "If this does not solve the unusable problem, please contact us". Their misspelling not mine). After numerous Emails with pictures their response was "We understand that the hex end of shower hoses on the market is basically a shallow thread, so if you want it to be fully screwed into the diverter, we recommend purchasing a separate shower hose with tapered ends Threaded, such as ASIN: B08SHYH5XQ." Put them together and you get, we know there is a problem but we are unaware of it so buy someone else's hose to fix the problem. I got the bright idea of reversing the hand held hose so that the hex end was at the handheld end and the tapered end was at the diverter. It went together so both ends were completely threaded on both. So now it works. Only problem is the handheld will not go into it's holder with the hex head end connected to it. I am wondering if the 5 star reviews are from the friends and family of YDmeet.Great Product , Precision product , very easy to install , nice looking setup .Love the pressure of it, but I don’t like how the pressure changes when I want to use both the main shower head and the wand.Just the right amount of adjustable water pressure and the wand is light as a feather. Best shower heads we have ever had!Like feeling like I am standing in the rain. Like that I can also use the wand. The wand also makes it great to clean the shower and to give my Rottweiler a bath.Installation was straightforward, a little work to get it tight and lined up correctly, but that was expected. Water flow rate is very nice, seems like less pressure, but is plenty, and abundant water to get the job done quickly.But, is much different from a standard shower. One step and showering, one step the other way is dry. Makes it nice to lather up outside of flow, just a little practice to have flow down your back while applying soap to the front.Secondary shower head works well, though the stronger pressure along with the small openings may make the spray seem harsh.
