You will want to have this professionally installed, but well worth it. Make sure that 3/4” plumbing is nearby. The entire kit was complete and well made. I especially like the rainfall, but the other outlets are great to, and adjustable, even the hand-held can be vertically adjusted when in its holder. Very pleased.Ordered a set for my master bath remodel and it was very nice my aunt asked me to order her a set for her bathroom and the set came damaged. Sent it back but the first set was great with very good water pressure.This was a good system however the first one I ordered came damaged. It was replaced though and the new one looked great!I was very excited to see how great the quality of this shower system is. The matte black is amazing, no fingerprints show and very stylish overall look. My plumber asked me to make sure whatever I get is not super complicated to put in. He said it was easy to put in and was quite impressed with the whole system himself. The price point was the best I've found for this type of system as well. I'm still in the middle of finishing my bathroom thus I'll put up an update once its completed and I've used the system for a while. But for now, I love it and have recommended it to multiple friends. Great product!I can't tell you how much I love this shower. I remodel my bathroom and bought this shower because it was the color I was looking and the right price, in my local stores a shower like this is almost double the price. The installation was a breeze just follow the instructions. It has great pressure in the hose and the shower head its like rain dropping on you. Great shower for a great price. I'm very happy with it.I am very happy with this system. my plumber installed it during a shower renovation. it had no reviews and I was afraid of ordering it but I am happy I did. its well made and looks beautiful. recommended.Low water pressure unfortunatelyNot easy to install so I guess I leave it there for a whileThis is a lovely gentle way to shower plenty of room to stand underneath and have your whole body immersed with rainwater it is not hard like the normal shower coming through the little holes but with there being plenty of little holes in films absolutely divine it seems to lather your hair much more than a big powerful a gush of water it really is a Sensation. It has the benefit of being able to fit two people underneath at the same time. Making it and even happier experience if one should wish.This is a good quality shower head, I don't see the point in spending big on simple items like this with no real moving parts as they are virtually identical to branded ones that cost several times what this did. We have really hard water in our area too so this will probably need replaced in a few years once the rubber jets go hard (which seems to happen regardless of the brand too).just not enough pressure, sent it back.Great looking and gentle water flowGreat Product
