*****************Edit 7/18/23:Adding another star for customer service from the company. After some very nice emails they offered a refund for this product. It seems like they really do stand behind their product. I would still suggest that the product be installed and tested WELL before the return window expires but I would trust this company to do their best to satisfy the customer should things not go as expected.*********************Like other reviews, the included valve leaked. It started as some small drops at the screw in area and progressed no matter what we tried. My husband ended up so frustrated he refused to even try a new valve.The showerhead and handheld seem very nice quality. Because we were out of the return window we will be using the showerhead, arm and handheld. We had to buy a new valve (nice, standard Moen) and cover.My advice would be to only order if you know you will install within the 30 day return window, incase you have leaking issues.
